Research Highlights:
- A pilot study to evaluate the bidirectional relationship between chronic stress and the development of gallbladder cancer using mice model (M.Pharm Pharmacology Project/Thesis, Part-II, Supervisor: Dr Prasanta Kumar Nayak, Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering and Technology IIT (BHU), Varanasi)
- Used techniques like histology using H&E staining, Immunohistochemistry, RT-PCR, etc. for accelerated cancer bioassay.
- Excessive literature surveys were done for the same, DSM-V and ICD-10 classification systems were utilized to define the major depressive disorder. Used one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s multiple comparison tests and two-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni test with GraphPad prism software, Microsoft excel for statistical analysis and EndNote for referencing
